Can I enroll in courses if I’m an international student?
Absolutely, international students are welcome to enroll in our courses.

Do you offer AP or IB courses?
We are proud to offer a selection of AP courses. However, we do not provide IB courses at this time. Please contact us if needed.

Are there elective courses or only core subjects?
Our curriculum includes a rich variety of both elective and core subjects to cater to diverse academic interests.

What can I do if the course I want to study is not available on Vantage Academy?
If the course you’re interested in is not currently available, please get in touch with us. We may be able to facilitate enrollment in inactive or unavailable courses through special arrangements, depending on certain conditions. We’re here to assist you in meeting your academic goals, so don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.

Will I have live classes?
Our courses are delivered via Moodle, focusing on self-paced study without live classes, allowing students to learn through various assessments.

What kind of support is available if I struggle with the course material?
Should you need extra help, we offer private tutorials, both in-person and online, with a professional teacher to guide you (additional fees apply).

Do I need to come in person for any assessments or exams?
All final exams are conducted in-person, whereas other assessments are completed online.

What are the proctoring arrangements for final exams?
Final exams are proctored to uphold academic integrity, we provide detailed proctoring guidelines to ensure a smooth process. Students are responsible for selecting a qualified Proctor and submitting their choice for approval. For those who could not find a suitable proctor, VA offers dedicated teachers and venue to oversee the examination process, ensuring a seamless and secure exam experience.

Are there specific hardware or software requirements?
You will need a reliable computer, and we primarily use Microsoft software for our courses.

How does Vantage Academy determine the equivalency of my previous coursework?
Our academic consultants and the Principal will review your previous coursework to determine credit equivalency.

Can parents/guardians access student performance reports?
Midterm and final report cards are sent out to provide updates on student progress.

How frequently are report cards and transcripts updated?
Report cards and transcripts are updated twice each semester, following midterm and final evaluations.

Can Vantage Academy assist with university and college applications?
Yes, our experienced consultants are available to assist with university and college applications.

Is there guidance available for standardized test preparation?
We offer guidance for standardized test preparation once the admission process is underway.
